Return Policy

We know that sometimes an order doesn't work out, and we want the return process to be as easy and straightforward as possible. That's why we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date, based on the conditions below. Our team is here to support you every step of the way and help find the best resolution for your situation.

Return Window

You have 30 days from your delivery date to ship your item back to us, based on the tracking date provided by the carrier. Items shipped after this window may not be accepted.

We accept returns on both defective and non-defective items, as long as they meet the following:

•⁠  ⁠The product hasn't been worn or washed
•⁠  ⁠It's returned in its original packaging
•⁠  ⁠All tags, labels, and protective materials are still attached
•⁠  ⁠The item is in the same condition as when it was delivered

Returns that don't meet these conditions may be declined.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange, email us at info@houseofrivella.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Our team will walk you through the next steps.

•⁠  ⁠We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions and the correct return address
•⁠  ⁠Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery
•⁠  ⁠Use a trackable shipping method and hold onto your tracking number until the return is fully processed
•⁠  ⁠Returns sent without prior approval may be refused

Return Shipping

We currently don't offer prepaid return labels, so customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trusted, trackable shipping service, as House of Rivella isn't able to take responsibility for packages lost in transit during a return.

Restocking Fee

A $10.00 restocking fee applies to returns of non-defective items. This fee is waived if the item you received was faulty or incorrect.

Store Credit & Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, compensation will be processed within 5–10 business days.

•⁠  ⁠Full-price items will be refunded to your original payment method
•⁠  ⁠Items purchased on sale are eligible for store credit only, not a refund to your original payment method
•⁠  ⁠Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect

Exchanges

House of Rivella allows exchanges on eligible items, provided they are:

•⁠  ⁠Unworn
•⁠  ⁠Unwashed
•⁠  ⁠Returned with all original tags and packaging intact

Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Once you share a valid tracking number for your returned item, we'll issue store credit so you can place a new order for a different size or product.

Sale and discounted items can also be exchanged under the same conditions.

Exchanges are allowed up to two times per item, as long as return requirements are met. If the same item is returned a third time, we'll review the case individually for further support.

•⁠  ⁠If your replacement item costs less than the original, the difference stays as store credit valid for 120 days
•⁠  ⁠If the new item costs more, you can pay the difference at checkout

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 7 days of delivery with:

•⁠  ⁠Your order number
•⁠  ⁠Photos of the product
•⁠  ⁠Photos of the packaging

Our team will review your case and help arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following aren't eligible for return:

•⁠  ⁠Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
•⁠  ⁠Items missing original tags or packaging
•⁠  ⁠Items damaged after delivery
•⁠  ⁠Returns sent without prior authorization

Failed Deliveries

If your order is returned to us due to:

•⁠  ⁠An incorrect address provided at checkout
•⁠  ⁠Failed delivery attempts
•⁠  ⁠Refused delivery

you'll be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Policy Abuse

House of Rivella reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges in cases of suspected abuse, excessive returns, or fraudulent activity.

Changes to This Policy

House of Rivella may update this policy at any time. Any changes take effect immediately once posted to our website.
